01 What is QShot, and who is it for?
QShot is a live tagging camera and editor for iPhone. It is designed for parents, coaches, sports creators and anyone filming fast-moving moments on their own.
02 What happens when I tap a tag while recording?
QShot saves the tag and its exact time in the recording. After the shoot, those markers help you jump to important moments and form clip ranges for review and editing.
03 Can I create my own tags?
Yes. Reusable Tag Sets let you choose each tag's label, icon, color and order, then reuse that layout for future shoots.
04 Does QShot choose highlights automatically?
No. The current beta narrows the search with the tags you add, but you decide which clips stay, how they are ordered, and what gets exported.
05 Do I need an account or cloud upload to record?
No. Core recording, tagging, reviewing and editing work without an account. Your media and edit data remain on your iPhone unless you choose to save, export, transfer or share a copy.
06 How can I export and share a finished video?
Render the timeline you assembled as MP4 or MOV, then save it to Photos or send it to another app with the iOS share sheet.
07 Can QShot be used for more than sports?
Yes. Sports is the primary focus, while custom Tag Sets can also support training, travel, events, performances and Vlogs.
